Order Process and Shipping 

All our products highlights the expected delivery time bar for the particular product. Time of delivery depends on the products and location.  Once the order is placed you’ll receive the confirm order notification. Then products are processed in our warehouse for quality check and dispatch to the customer, you’ll receive a notification for delivery process.  We try our best to add the tracking details along with the dispatch email notification. Under some circumstances we are unable to attach the tracking details, so if you don't receive your order with 8-15 working days then please do get in touch through email for further assistance. Our customer service team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. 

Please bear in mind there may be delays to your order  due to public Holiday,  weekends, festivals or due to severe weather conditions.  

Delivery time varies from 2-4 working days within Uk for ready to dispatch products  

For Pre order delivery time is 8- 15 workings days approximately.

We provide the best service possible to connect the order to process.

Any product ordered from our READY TO DISPATCH (UK) section is only available for UK customers and we dispatch it same day(if order placed before midday) or next working day. The expected delivery time is 2-4working days.

PRE ORDER COLLECTION delivery time is 8-15 working days. Appreciate your patience while your order is in progress. Dispatch notification is send once the custom process is cleared and your order is directed to the delivery address. Pre order dispatch notification can take upto a week at least as it’s marked dispatched only once it clears customs  

Worldwide delivery is available at different shipping rates. its automatically calculated at the checkout. We use economy or express service depending on the location and services available.
